They came to my home tour by dryer report said they will be back with the port needed to fix it never heard back from them. Tec arrived in flip-flops. I would say he arrived promptly but literally left my dryer in several pieces. Attempted several times to call The tech and the owner Brian would not respond to my call. Run as fast as you can from Bush appliance repair!!!
