It is the experience and specialization of this firm, along with the personal interest taken in each client, which sets us apart. We are a small law firm that takes pride in the personal attention given to each client. We represent only individual persons, never employers, corporations, or insurance companies. We have successfully tried countless cases before the Workers’ Compensation Division of Administrative Courts, the Social Security Administration, and the Colorado District Courts. We have successfully appealed multiple cases in the Industrial Claims Appeals Office, the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Appeals Council of the Social Security Administration, and the Federal District Court for the District of Colorado.

Matt and Brett are members of an active participants in the Workers’ Compensation Education Association (WCEA). WCEA is an organization of Colorado Claimant attorneys who advocate the rights of injured workers both in workers’ compensation claims and before the legislature. We are also members of NOSSCR, a nationwide organization of lawyers who represent claimants in Social Security cases. Membership in these organizations provides us with state and national support from what we consider to be the best lawyers in our fields of practice.
