Worst dentist office ever!!!!

They never return phone calls. Every time I call the office is closed and they are extremely slow.

I did receive a call back from one of the dental hygenists about the form to get my records released and she is faxing it to me now. She explained that they were closed yesterday early because their servers were down and they were not answering phones today because they were playing "catch-up" but they actually do close early at 2:00 pm on Tuesdays. The website does not say this. Again, I will update when I talk to my old dentist.

My two daughters go there so i know they are very hard to see. The staff has always been very friendly and proffessional. However took five appointments over 9 months for one crown, think overcharging for visits or something and do unnecessary work. I have a throbbing tooth now with a swollen gumline. Called over a month ago, put on waiting list, have not heard a thing from them. Like i said, friendly, but dont hold your breath or expect emergency care at all.
Frustrating dental care

My family and I were seen at this facility a few times and I have not been happy. It's very hard to get an appointment, their phone line says they are closed when they aren't, no one picks up the phone and if you try to make an appointment online no one ever calls you back. The techs there are not gentle at all and one actually yelled at my son because he was too scared to sit in the chair (it was his first time). We will not be returning!

I tried calling for DAYS to make an appointment and the phone would just ring and ring. When I finally got someone on the phone, I explained why I needed to be seen and she transferred me to another girl without telling me she would be transferring me. Next thing I know, I'm leaving a voicemail to someone that said they would return my call by the end of the day. I never received a call so had to try multiple times the following day to get an appt. The day of my appt, they left me a voicemail asking if I could change the time of my appointment. Because I was at work, I did not receive the voicemail in time. I called to confirm my original appointment time and they told me I was still scheduled. I sat in the waiting room for well over thirty minutes and then got called up to the front and told I would have to be rescheduled. I asked for a copy of my records and told them I would not be returning. They did not act apologetic or upset that they were losing business one bit.

My first visit was today and I find them very professional and very helpful. They have modern equipment and made me very comfortable with my treatment.
