Couldn't be more upset by magsh112 - 09/17/2009The service to bring my car from the repair shop to my house was quick and the driver was trying to be helpful by putting my car in the driveway for me. However, the driveway is on a hill, which he did not indicate was an issue. By the time the car was on the ground, I had two huge gauges in my blacktop. I was cordial with the driver and apologized that I would have to call the company and report the problem and he seemed to understand. Management, however, was extremely combative with me. I told the manager what happened, he said that is why they don't like to drop cars off in driveways. I told him that as a customer I should be told if that could possibly happen so that I can choose to have it left on the street and that having my driveway gauged was unacceptable. He responded with "lots of things in life are unacceptable." I couldn't have been angrier with that response. He is supposedly coming to take pictures of the driveway tomorrow. We'll see how this goes...

I didn't have to wait very long and his price was reasonable. If I ever get stuck again (I hope not) I will definately call these guys. Thank you Burnsville Towing!
burnsville towing by goofasaurus - 12/06/2008My experience with burnsville towing was outstanding. They were on time and thier rates were very reasonable (much less than others i called). The driver was very helpful and knowlegable. The driver reffered me to the burnsville parkway bp and they too were great. I want to thank those guys for helping me when i needed it most. Good job!
poor quality by the mexican - 05/13/2008I recently broke down on 35w and contacted my aaa service to call me a tow service. upon arrival the driver was greasy, looked as if he hadn't showered in over a month, and smelled horribly. then to make things worse he was rude to me and didn't really seem like he had a clue what he was doing. I would never use this service again and I hope you won't either.
