I bought a coat for my daughter for Xmas. I ended up deciding on another winter jacket purchased in Lincoln where I live. When I tried to return the coat it was past 30 days and I would have to take store credit. I requested to talk to a manager. The manager came immediately and gave me a refund in cash. This is customer service at it's best!!! The next time I am in Omaha and have time to shop I will certainly return to Burlington and spend more than the $129.00 i was refunded. Great Service

Absolutely Love this store!

Great values, exceptional variety of merchandise and friendly/helpful staff make this store one of Omaha's 'hidden' gems. I've shopped here for men's clothing, shoes and accessories, towels and knickknacks. Great store to browse in, as well.
