susan by susan - 09/03/2009I brought in a key to be copied, when I got home and checked the new keys it was very clear that the new keys were too fat to fit in the lock. I called and was told that numbers had changed and that I would have to bring them back. Looking at the keys it was very clear that they were different keys and would not work, when I brought this to their attention as they are the experts they told me they were glad I had called and they hung up on me!For our next key or lock situation we will go somewhere they pay attention to their work, even if it is just two keys.
They do what's best for you! by ponygirls - 10/28/2008These guys are great! My Focus' ignition switch wouldn't work. David came out that day and rebuilt it, which saved me money and time. If he had replaced it, he would have had to either re-key the new one or re-program the computer to accept a new key. I definitely will refer them to anyone in need of a locksmith.
