Don't bother...it is more trouble than it is worth. If you have nice gently worn clothes, sell them on eBay. These people have limited taste in clothing, and unless you are a trendy 20-something in a size 4, you will not get a reasonable price for your clothes. I am comparing what I brought in to what they had on their racks, and what is current in the catalogs of major stores like Ann Taylor, Coldwater Creek, Nordstroms, and Chicos. I was severely disappointed after standing in line for an hour, and many people commented how nice my clothes were and how stupid they were not to take more of them.. That's okay..I have already sold 4 pieces on eBay and made alot more than what they gave me for what they did take. Also beware in the Costa Mesa store, the parking is horrible. City planning did a poor job when they let them build this center on a postage stamp of land.

Get a Clue...

I have taken bags and bags of clothes to the exchange, and they never buy more than a few things, but that is okay- they are running a business and only take things they think will make a profit. I have ready some other reviews about folks complaining that they didn't buy their Old Navy and Gap clothes. Old Navy and Gap aren't really that expensive to begin with. If you sold that stuff at a garage sale, you might make a dollar, might being the operative word. If you donated it, you get nothing. YOU don't want that stuff, why should the Buffalo Exchange pay you top dollar for your unwanted items? Get a clue folks. That being said, if you are looking to get a little extra money in your pocket or search for some pretty good deals for some fashionable duds- head on over to the Lab. Be patient, they can get pretty busy! And don't take it personally when they don't give you $200 for your "great" clothes. If they were so great, you wouldn't be selling them.....right?
