Do no use this Vendor!!

I asked the store to make me a 1 centerpiece for an auction event and gave them a week notice. I asked for some glitz in it specifically asking for gold, red and white. I prepaid with $100. When I picked up the arrangement, it looked sparse, no greenery, and there was No gold! I had to go to the store and buy gold ribbon, tissue paper and garland to dress up the arrangement. The store agent was extremely rude from beginning to end. If I had more time I wish I would have researched other florists in the area. They all have to be a better value than what Buds and Blooms provided and the customer service could have been beat by anyone. Later the store owner called me and argued that the value was there BUT he would give me a discount. I said I didn't want the discount. He still argued that the value was in the arrangement. How about “where did we go wrong?” Participants at the auction estimated that it looked like a $40 arrangement. Quite a mark up.
