Very bad experience. We reserved a truck and furniture pads for a small move. When we got there they didn't have any furniture pads and also didn't have the truck that we reserved but gave a bigger one. We had to scramble to find pads and the truck had some warning lights on the dash. We were told that they were no problem and that the truck was just due for service. The truck broke down have way through the move and we limped back at 30 mph. We tried calling for assistance and just got transferred around between mainly none English specking people and were changed full boat for the rental. The attitude was sorry we can't help you. I would NEVER rent from them again.

Very unhelpful. They said they had the vehicle I reserved there waiting for me 18 hours before I was to pick it up. When I get there they tell me no we never had it and we have only a smaller vehicle that they charged me the larger vehicle price for. I asked if another rental might have one I could drive to and get, and their answer was no take it or leave it. They didn't even make an attempt to look for me. Then after talking to Avis customer service they agreed that was wrong and promised me a refund of some the cost, well I never saw that either. Terrible service from all ends.
