The most knowledgeable staff in Portland for desktops by ChicaBonita - 09/23/2009These guys know gaming systems better than anyone I've ever known. I noticed one of the reviews commented on the fact that they couldn't help with the laptop. Well, uh no! they can't cause that;s not what they do! Laptops have to be sent back to the manufacturer. As for hanging up on one customer to help a customer who is actually THERE- thats a no brainer too. Call back and ask them to call you when they are less busy. the fact that they ARE so busy should clue you in. These guys ROCK!

Dont waste your time by Sadat Minick - 02/26/2009I called to ask a question and was cut off then told to call a different store. I was never even able ask him if he could help. And when I asked him if he would like to hear my question I was told He did not He have time because he was busy with someone else. I will never use the computer repair service. Customer service of that type reflects against the type of work I would receive which is obviously very poor!
