Excellent products and quick service. Being a cancer patient and not able to sleep in a regular bed, Buddy's came through with exactly what I needed in a recliner rocker chair. Highly recommend them to all who need household Items.

Great experience and quality customer service! The manager went above and beyond to thoroughly explain how rent to own works since this was our first time.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Do yourself a favor and use a competitor. Any competitor. By Austin and I have both had accounts with Buddy's over the past several years. My husband used to get very upset with them, and until recently I did not understand why. He no longer has accounts with them, however I have a business account. During the holiday season the business was closed. So, a payment was missed. These people came out to my home for a business debt and beat on the front door. When my son answered the door and told them I was sleeping, they proceeded to go beat on my bedroom window. When I went to the door they explained that I owed $70. For a lousy $70, on a business account, they came to my house and beat the doors like they were police officers. This is my last account with them. I will never ever do business with them again. They treat customers horribly. The manager even pretended to have no idea that it was a business account. He for some reason had no idea where he had delivered at the business furniture. These people are liars and have no idea how to conduct themselves in a businesslike manner.



Unfortunately, this is the second time I have had an experience with them that was less than positive. Back in October my husband and i got married. It happened to fall on the same weekend that the business account was due. These people left messages on my phone that would make you think that I stole from a bank. Again, for a lousy $70 they left messages on my phone that accused me of voiding the lease agreement and keeping property that was now there's. All for a late payment of 3 days. Repeat. 3 days. Do yourself a serious favor and consider any competitor. Do not do business with these people.

Hi. I just wanted to share with you all nice people about my horrible experience with Buddy's. My mom got a washing machine from them a little over a month ago, well they were supposed to give her TWO weeks free. So, when she went in to make her first payment, they told her that she was a week behind. How could this be when she was suppose to get TWO free weeks. That would mean she only got ONE week free. So since then we have been aruging with them EVERY week. My mom has a bad heart and she doesn't need to get upset. I don't understand why they insist that we are a week behind every week. The payments are suppose to be $12 a week. Since we have had the washer, we have been paying $22. We don't have the money for that. It doesn't sound like much, but when you don't have much, you can't give much. We went in last week and they assistant manager told us because of all the confusion, he would "take care of us and we would be ok until the FOLLOWING saturday." The next day, they called and said we owed $22 again...how?? I went in today to try to straighten it all out, and told me the manager said nothing like that. My mom, fiance, my best friend, and myself all heard him say that and we asked him walking out the door, "NEXT saturday right?" He agreed. So today was the worst experience with the most hateful people I have ever had. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST GETTING ANYTHING FROM HERE EVER!!! I rent from rent a center and they are the nicest people I have delt with. I highly recommend them. Thanks for reading, and have a GREAT day. =)
