I purchased a uses vehicle from the sales manager (Bert) at Bud Clary. They were completely aware of major mechanical issues but sold it as a sound car. We asked for help in repairing it and the only thing they did was turn to GM. It cost me just under $2000 for repairs, not to mention tow bills, hotel costs after being stuck out of town (with 3 kids!), and all other expenses that go along. Not only did it take a month and a half to fix, I was treated as if they were doing me a favor. They used all of my gas and didn't replace it, and gave it back to me disgustingly dirty. This place is exactly what every car buyer/customer is afraid of.
