Provided by YP.comTech service is to be desired. Have had forklift issues and a tech came out that did not have diagnostic knowledge and ended up paying a big bill and the problem was not fixed. If that happens once, it's one thing; but when it happens twice, it's not a good thing. Will look elsewhere for forklift repairs.
