Not Happy by aliclaw - 10/15/2009We were very disappointed. The plumber talked with us about a plan we could purchase that would decrease the cost of our repair. He said that with this plan someone would come out every 6 months to check our gas pipes and other plumbing. It never happened. I called and called with no return calls. Finally I spoke the Bruce the owner. He was very defensive and denied that this would be an automatic service. So I requested it to be done along with another repair. When the plumber came I said I didn't end up needed the repair but still wanted the pipes checked. He said he would have someone else do it. Never heard from them again. Since then I've learned they are very over priced. We paid primo for a low end faucet.
Excellent Service by Chuck12 - 09/25/2009What a great company. One call and they were very fast, and reasonable. I usually don't review companies, but I felt like these guys deserved it. Bruce was very knowledgeable and helped us through quite an ordeal. Thanks again fo the great service!
Poor Service by uncledude - 09/25/2009They made me wait 2 days and then never showed. Even though I called them 3 times to see if they were coming. I had to call someone else at overtime rates to get it fixed. The were friendly enough on the phone but they have NO follow through. By contrast the second guys I call ed were out in 2 hours and fixed the problem with out a problem
I would not recommend them. Customer service is way down on Bruce Thompsons list!!!
