We received great service. When I stopped in to ask about a previous purchase I made for my mom in Samaritan's Village Bruce's offered to just run out there and take a look at the chair and talk to my mom to see if they could take care of it for her. When we bought the new matress they gave her a 120 day guarantee to replace the matress with another that suited her better if she had any problem. We have never had a bad experience at Bruces and they have delivered mattresses, chairs, and other furniture to my mom over several years.
