My husband, kids and I have been going to Dr. Brown's office for almost 5 years. Dr. Brown and his staff are always so kind and concerned. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. And they do a thorough job.

This is the best office I have been to. The dentist and his staff are very caring people. I didn't have to wait long before I was able to see the Dr.. He even did my treatment that I needed on the same day! They have the tv's in the ceiling to help me focus on something other than my mouth. They were very up front about what my out of pocket was going to be and knowledge of my insurance.

I loved Dr Browns office. The people there were great. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. Corinne checked out my insurance and let me know what all of my work would cost before they began. It was great. I watched TV and could really relax while getting my teeth cleaned and while getting a crown done. I highly recommend Dr. Brown and all the great people in his office.

This is the best office I have been too. I come up and see Dr. Brown from Texas. Dr. Brown is very caring and understanding. The office staff is awesome. I have never had any problems with my insurance payments or what co-pays are quoted to me. The insurance cordinator is on top of finding out my benefits and what I will owe. The back office staff is VERY caring and nice! I am now a lifelong patient of Dr. Brown's.

My daughter & grandson went to this dentist. They said they called the Insurance Company to see if they were covered & they told her they were. They did the work then said she was not covered. Single mother working in a call center, no other income. They sued her and she is still paying a constable plus a lot of intrest & attorney fees. I even called them and the girkl talked in circles like a crooked politian, trying to tell me the Ins Co made the mistake. Wrong (oh by the way I had a letter I faxed them giving me permission to talk to them from my daughter). The Insurance told them up front she would only be covered for a small portion but they lied to her and did the work anyway. Then tried to tell me different but I went and picked her up from one of the appointments and she asked the girl again with me standing right there if she was covered and she said "Oh Yes" we already checked.
