They had a super friendly staff, soft and tough carpet, and super comfy furniture!!! They had super reasonable deals!!! I never been to a better company!!! If you need a carpet or furniture place Brouwers is your answer! :)
Disappointed in customer service!

We recently purchased a fourth house full of carpet and other flooring from Brouwers and I'm sad to say it will be our last. Through a series of blunders and miscommunications, the final tiling job was mediocre at best! The house was left with debris, broken tiles and carpet fibers all over the house the very day we were supposed to move in. After bringing the shoddy workmanship to the owner's attention he wanted to send the same installer back to fix it. I explained that I didn't want the same installer because he obviously wasn't gifted at laying tile by the way he installed it the first time. The owner hung up on me. It's been two weeks and I can only assume that he does not intend to back his contracted installer's workmanship. I am now left with uneven grout lines, a few cracked tile and nearly half the Xs there two pieces join diagonally misaligned. I am sorely disappointed in Brouwers! There are too many other good flooring options to do business with a company that would accept this quality of work.
Did not deliver quantiy of tiles we paid for, not trustworthy

We recently purchased wall tiles for a kitchen project with help of the Brouwerâs sales associate. The Sales associate later verified that the exact number of tiles ordered would be acceptable and we place the order. Upon delivery of tiles we did not count the number of tiles and when starting the project it was discovered that we were short one tile. The shortage would make the entire project unacceptable to complete. The Sales manager was notified of the shortage and he verified the shortage on their distributor original order. We were never notified of the shortage when the product was delivered to us. When this was brought to the Sales Associate and the Sales manager, the Sales manager said the tiles are metric even though the box reads 12" by 12" and we got the same square footage. After several minutes of performing calculations the sales manager again tried to convince me that the number of tiles delivered equaled the same square footage of the tiles ordered even though the number of tiles ordered was more than the number of tiles delivered. The sales manager became irate with any thought that they made a mistake even though their original order quantity and the sales invoice for purchase quantity were different. The sales manager then stated it was the customerâs problem and not Brouwerâs issue. He also stated that I would have to pay extra to get what was originally ordered. I would not trust Brouwerâs Carpet and Tile to deliver what this customer paid. They may not dance around prices, but they sure do not deliver customer satisfaction with heaps of downright rudeness. They also change the situation to whatever works best for Brouwerâs.

We have used Brouwers for for floor covering and furniture for three homes and one office complex and are very satisfied with their selection, quality and prices.

o Wood flooring was poorly installed leaving gaps in a few areas.o Paid extra to have heavy furniture removed from the room while installing carpet to get a good stretch. The workers at first wanted to work around the furniture and only after arguing with them several times did they remove it as originally agreed and PAID for.When they installed the wooden floor an improperly placed threshold was installed. It broke after some time and we wanted to get it fixed during a carpet install. We brought in a piece so they could match it and they agreed to do so. During the carpet install they installed a mismatched piece because apparently they don't get them from the same supplier anymore. We picked out a design that pairs the baseboards but apparently it's unreasonable to want to have them all match and they will only replace the ones next to each other.They can call us anytime if they change their mind.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Brouwer's on 2 houses that we have had built. They had great suggestions and worked wonders with staying within our budget. We bought several rooms of furniture for our last house there and they were great with helping us coordinate fabrics. Will use them again and again.
