buffalum by buffalum - 08/18/2009They are way overpriced and clueless. We had 3 service calls and paid for items when we needed a new furnace. One star is way more than they deserve. Do not let their politeness fool you. For the sake of your wallet and sanity LOOK ELSEWHERE
WAY over priced ~ WAY WAY over priced by Co1234 - 02/06/2009I loved the way they answered the phone..."how can I make you smile?" And the way they took their shoes off when they came in my door. BUT after less then a 5 minute fix on my furnace and a $3.00 dollar part, the bill was HUGE. The "just for showing up" fee and the min charge fee wasn+t worth it. I don+t recommended them, I should have called another HVAC company for a price quote, and asked them to remove their shoes when they came in....it would have saved me over $100.00! Again, way over priced. Call around for the best deal, you'll find it won+t be them!
