Great service

I had my furnace go out on Saturday night when it was 10 degrees out. After calling several other places who all told me I would have to wait until Monday morning I called Brother's. They sent a tech out that night, at 8pm. The tech David who voluntered to come out that late, found the problem in 5 minutes and had the part on his truck to fix it right then. 40 minutes later I had heat!! They guys are great and very professional.

Worst Service

I scheduled an appointment to turn on sprinklers (at 6PM in the evening) for a Friday. I asked for an early appointment and was told they had nothing available until the evening so I agreed. The night prior to the appointment got a call (at about 5:30 PM) they were overbooked and they would reschedule me for the following Tuesday at 6PM which was not convenient for me. I explained a couple times that I do not get home until 6PM and could not do it prior and that I needed the work done prior to the weekend following the rescheduled appointment. I get a call Tuesday afternoon approx 3:30 asking if I was ready for the appointment. I explained the appointment was not until after 6. This person stated they do not work that late and she did not do that. She made it sound like I did not know what I was talking about. They could not meet my original request, then delayed it and did not meet the second commitment. Worst service I ever received and there are too many plumbing companies to deal w

This is the second time I called Brothers. I knew I could rely on prompt service and I was right. Scott came early which I really appreciated. He put his shoe covers on without my asking him.He was just getting a cold but he was still very personable and professional. He looked at the problem and quoted me 2 prices of 2 different alternative fixes. I thought they were both very expensive and I declined them both. The last time your company came to my home I had some bathroom sink work done. That work was high too but I had to have it done in a hurry. Because of your high rates, I probably won't call you again.

Total Nightmare!

I had heard good things about Brothers Plumbing so I was confident having them replace my hot water heater. What a mistake! It cost me $7000 and 4 missed days of work waiting around the house for them to install my water heater correctly. They told me that the inspector was going to be at my house one day... and they forgot to set up the appointment. Then the inspector arrived and they failed. 7 days later I finally got hot water. The technicians that worked on my house were professional and polite. I would definitely recommend them. It is the management that needs an overhaul. Justin should learn to give sincere apologies and listen to his customers.

I didn't even use them because they were so unfriendly and unhelpful. Their secretary didn't even know what type of work the do. I decided to call several other companies with a much better first impression.
