The British Brush Chimney sweep is the only company that we trust with the cleaning of our chimney. Holly is always professional and friendly in scheduling the job. She is very knowledgable and works with us to find the most convenient time frame. Mark is a true gentleman when he comes out to do the cleaning. He preps the inside area thoroughly for cleanliness, and explains in detail the process he will do. He is very friendly, professional and a joy to work with. When he is through with the cleaning, if he finds any problems, he explains them in detail and offers suggestions on to fix them. I wouldnt hesitate one minute to recommending them to anyone. Superior, excellent service!

When it comes time to clean our chimney there is only one company that we considering calling. That company is the British Brush. Mark has been our chimney sweep for years and he has always done a fantastic job......always on time, clear explanation of what he will be doing and if he has any recommendations to make, he does so with honesty and clarity. Also, he cleans up EVERYTHING. After he leaves, you can't even tell that a chimney sweep has been in the house. When scheduling appointments or asking general questions, Holly is a delight to deal with. She's very personable and knowledgable. They are the best!!!

We've been using British Brush to clean our wood stove for years & no one else since the first time we used them. Scheduling has been a breeze since day 1--even more so since we became regular customers. They get the job done right & don't leave a spec of soot on the floors...and they are so pleasant to deal with. I strongly recommend them..and should have done so years ago!

We have used The British Brush for many years and have never been disappointed. Service is always timely, professional and courteous. When scheduling an appointment, Holly is always friendly, helpful and accomodating to our schedule. The appt. reminder calls that she gives are an added bonus. When Mark shows up to clean and inspect our chimney, he is also always friendly and personable. He explains in great detail the cleaning process and always answers any questions that we may have. Also, there is absolutely no mess left behind. The British Brush is an authentic, hard-working and honest company. We will never have our chimney cleaned by anyone else!
