Pretty much the same story for me. They proposed a treatment plan that include the replacement of the majority of my current fillings over a six month period. When I went for another opinion at a different dental office I was told that 90% of the work they quoted was not necessary. They do appear to be very focused on maximized billing.

Brightnow Dental is the worst dental office in the world! I went to them and they said they would only fix my mouth with $40,000 worth of work and I had to get it all done in 6 months. I went to another dentist office that said it would be $5,000 and we could make it work over 2 years. This place sucks, they take out more money then they are supposed to. Do not go to them!
