We take up to a 20 month payment plan with zero interest on equal payments.I want to help you.Note all materials are up front. No payments for November or December. Restart payments in January.This will give you money for the holidays.Those big projects that are needing union workers we got them in reach.We will bid the job right.We consider all bidding projects.We work careful to keep your cost down plus use qualified persons. Payment plans exclude seal coating unless very large and we work with associations to 3 months of payments at no interest.

Addie runs a great cleaning division for homes, condo's and office buildings.She has 24 years experience in service to management plus she is very well respected.We deliver the old but good to charities of your choice.We have the means to bid. I work close with unions as required and more as required.
Our bad whether division is for storm/flood clean-ups or fire restorations.We gut those old buildings from fire damages to more. Insurance & emergency board up services to more 24 hours.

Summer seal coating/striping/cut out repair division:
Seal coating hand spreading method as we use no spraying.First-time asphalt should get 2 coats evenly applied this means two directions.We get it sealed right.Our work backed by a two year seal plus a three year patch warranty.If you do hire us to seal coat,we stripe plus do markings free. (yes it is free).Plus we refresh your lines free in 2010 and 2011 and so on for hiring us now as a thank you.I want to see you next time you need sealing.Paint cost are inexpensive to keeping you happy plus appearance is important to you,us and others.You do want to stand out from the rest.Cracks are filled free if hot is not required.
