cheap, but poor service, support, and staff by James - 08/06/2009service is constantly down. they have a portable modem that works in their basic coverage area, but outside of that you have to get an antenna and it costs 100-150 dollars to install it. better off getting microserv or big dog wireless for better reliability and speeds.
DigitalBridge service near Rigby by ddb - 03/23/20093Meg service was excellent with Teton Wireless, but a few months after DigitalBridge took over the service became progressively undependable and slower (now <900K). Their customer service has dissipated - they were content to simply drop my service level to 1M, but I'm not even getting that now. If their customer service was to rebound I would be delighted to stay with them.
