Connection is in and out and very shoty on some days. I would not recommend it.

The internet is terrible. I have issues all the time and i keep being told its my console but i have done everything, you could probably say im an internet tech now. I even went to the extent to buy a NEW router but im having the same issues. All ports forwarded, upgraded my service, nothing else i can say. Disappointed.

I know these reviews are for Idaho and I'm in Sioux Falls, SD. This service isn't any better here in fact its terrible, I have the tower right outside my balcony and half the time it doesn't even work or I have to wait 20 minutes at a time for it to work. I called them and they tried to "troubleshoot" problems, then they wanted to tell me that it was my computer that was the problem when my computer was 2 months old when I had gotten this service. All I know is I don't spend money on something that I don't get proper service for, especially when you have to pay almost 40 dollars a month for it. So if you are considering this service anywhere RUN AWAY FAST!

Horrible customer service

After having this service for 23 months, something in my area began to interfere with the signal, rendering my internet service useless for more than 5 minutes at a time. I have paid on time for 23 months and now that they cannot get my service to work, they still want to charge me an early cancellation fee in the last month of a 2 year contract.

Worst Internet I've ever had. I would call them with a problem, told me to reboot the router which I had already done several times before I called. I canceled the service and went with Cable. Bridgemaxx charged me $100 to cancel because I had signed a contract? What contract??? Don't sign anything with them, stay far away. I hope they go out of business as they are a waste of money and time.

DigitalBridge Communications should be NON-communications. System is offline huge amount of time and absolutely SLOW when it is online.Tech support ?? Well, a lady will tell you that a technician will call. Don't hold your breath!!

I agree with everyone else here, this is easily the worst internet service in the history of internet. The modem goes down 10 times a day, when it is working it's painfully slow, and they trap you in contracts so you can't cancel early without a hefty fee.

Had good service from Teton Wirelss, but Bridgemaxx says they can't help me get faster speed because I'm outside of their area now so I'm stuck with 256K. However, my NEXT DOOR NEIGHBOR has1mb speed with the exact same equipment I have that Teton Wireless installed for them too. Bridgemaxx TECH support tells me I can have faster internet with the equipment I have but because their sales group has to upgrade my plan to do that and their computer shows I am outside of their area, they say it isn't possible. I am so frustrated that they won't even look into this for me as I KNOW it can be done because they did it for me while they were fixing a problem. If I could deal with a local person it would help but who knows where these guys are now. They can't explain why my neighbor has faster service because they are outside of their area too and shouldn't have. You would think they would want to keep me as a customer and continue to collect my money would be nice if a sales perso

i had this internet service for a year. I had phone service for about six months with Bridgemaxx. Their service for both was always down when i needed it. I missed so many calls. People couldn't get a hold of my family. We never knew when it was down either. For my internet, I would constantly have to shut everthing down to reset it before getting it to work. The price is definately not worth it, especially when you can't depend on it. Just when I thought the service couldn't get worse, they increased their prices. Bridgemaxx really needs to make some changes to the service they are providing. I'm very disapointed my cost would go up when it doesn't work consistantly. I honestly was shocked when it came right up. I'd had enough and I changed to cable one for 5 mb for only $25 a month. I can finally get on the internet when ever I want, without any hassel. I never take the time to make comments but I don't want others to go through what I've had to deal with.
