Visit Faith for a good experience in shopping for a Bridal gown. She knows her stock well, loves what she is doing and clearly cares about "her brides."
Price's are excellent and while we are still in the process--the experience was opposite of other shops we explored.

I purchased my wedding 2015, my wedding got moved to Oct. 2016. I went to pick up my dress July 2016 I tried it on & it was way to small it was 5 inch space. That time I spoke with a representative she advised me I had to wait two weeks to speak with a manager. They did not want to provide me with any other options beside to meet with the seam stress to see if she can fix it. I went into the store, spoke with who I thought was the seam stress.This women was very unprofessional she was yelling at me from the beginning of the conversation, she repeatedly kept telling me I gained weight that this situation was all my fault and they refused to fix the situation she was to busy trying to prove her point that it wasn't the business fault after I explained thewomen who got my dress didn't want to measure me and I had to ask her 3 times to measure me.Manager was dealing with continued to yell and decides to tell me to get my dress & leave. Also they sold my maid of honors dress didn't tell me.

I found the perfect wedding dress here and I was in tears. The price was great and the look was perfect BUT I needed the dress altered for religious reasons. I decided to give a professional seamstress that was NOT related to brides and grooms a chance. She made me feel AWFUL for even the thought of considering alterations on my dress in the first place. She said that I required too much and that it was too complicated. She also suggested that I add a fabric that would completely change the look of the dress. I was very hurt and offended not to mention, MY WEDDING WAS IN THAT SAME MONTH. Therefore, I decided to go back to Brides and Grooms to get it altered. Mr. Lim (brides & grooms), went ABOVE and BEYOND what I expected. He knew that I loved the original look of the dress and said that he would do the alterations in a way that would not take away from the look of the dress. It ended up looking FABULOUS, as if the dress was originally made with the alterations that he did.

What I loved about B&G was that they took each bride's personality into consideration. When I wanted something unique, and very different, they didn't bat an eyelash and try to force me into a traditional gown. They just said, yes, and and helped me find the one I loved. And let my bridesmaids try on over 20 dresses until they found the perfect dress. Very helpful, not pushy and very responsive. Loved my dress and had tons of compliments on the wedding day!!

My bridesmaids got their dresses here and Carmen was amazing. The price was a lot better then I was finding for the same dress at other stores. They also did alterations on my dress because I felt more comfortable at this store then at the store I got my dress from, and they we able to answer all my questions I had about getting it altered before I brought it in. My dress turned out amazing, couldn't tell it was originally about a size too big on me from extra weight loss. I was recommended this store from a friend and would definitely recommend this store to all my friends that go dress shopping.

I had a last minute wedding and the girls at Brides and Grooms were wonderful! I decided to get married and Spain and needed a dress that would travel well. Carmen helped me find the perfect dress that complemented my hourglass shape. She was so sweet and helpful! We went to Paris after the wedding and decided to put our wedding gear back on and take pictures in front of the Eiffel Tower!!! I would definitely recommend this bridal salon!

Yong was with us every step of the way, and really helped my sister get exactly what she wanted. All our dresses look amazing, I will certainly be coming back for my wedding, and highly recommend them!!

Recommend! I went to Jay West in Haddonfield and was met with snarky and snobbiness, as they scoffed at the budget I had for my wedding dress. Hence, I found Brides & Grooms and they were absolutely lovely. They ordered my dress from a different store (they didn't carry the specific dress I was looking for) and were great. It took about 2-3 months for it to arrive in their actual store front (they did mention this to me when I purchased it). But I never got an update about when the dress was actually there. I had to keep checking in with them.

My sister the bride, myself, and her other bridesmaids went there to find our dresses. The selection was wonderful and the ladies who worked there were great. They gave us different ideas, recommended styles and colors, and we're just overall incredibly helpful. We found our dresses and I would definitely go back.

My sister and I came from NY, and drove down to Brides and Grooms, because I had put on a little weight after ordering my dress from there, and I was basically in tears after trying on my wedding dress in the size I ordered. Young and Hyi kept repeating I have nothing to worry about, and they were right! I put on the dress and walked in front of them, and they knew exactly what to do. They altered and fixed my dress in one day (my wedding is in a month!!) and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. Young and Hyi have such patience for their customers as I was kinda a wreck... The bridal studio is beautiful and spacious so you can do a little walk and plenty of mirrors to see yourself from every angle.



My wedding is in one month and the only reason I am going to walk down the aisle looking as I always dreamed I would look on my wedding day, is thanks to Young and Hyi. They take such good care of their customers, I would come back anytime.

Brides and Grooms by far was the best bridal gown shopping experience I had! Carmen is the best. Unfortunately they were not able to get the dress I fell in love with (not their fault - a manufacturer thing)because I would have loved to give them my business. I would refer anyone I know to shop here!

I am truly impressed with the amazingly knowledgeable, kind, attentive and supportive service at Brides and Grooms. Their expertise was such a lifesaver! They totally upgraded my sisters wedding dress! It came with snaps, that were poking her in the back, and there were a few other alterations to really fit her bustline, and they all came out perfect!

My first and last bridal shop that I visited to look for my wedding dress! A few friends raved about this place, so this was my first stop. Loved the customer service and the selection! I came here last year before the renovation, so yes, the space was quite cramped. Worked with Faith who was an absolute dream! Gave her some ideas of what I wanted to wear, and she was like the bridal shop fairy! The dress I actually chose was a store sample, so I got a great deal with FREE alterations :)

I, as a Mother of the bride am so pleased with this shop and have recommended it to all that I know who have daughters getting married. I called every bridal shop from Dover to Wilmington,about 15, because my daughter found a dress on line that nobody carried. All the shops but this on just hung up on me. This shop offered to order it just so we can see it. It was the one and they ordered it in her size. Because they were the ONLY shop that would work with us we also got bridesmaid dresses, my dress, MOG dress, and I also bought a dress for a friend who also had a daughter getting married.I found the WHOLE staff to be helpful and I have to say fun. My dress needed two alterations, got charged only once and they were very gracious about. Of all the prep. for our wedding the experience at Brides and Grooms was the most painless.

I have been going to Brides and grooms since high school (and have been referring people there since) and I will NEVER go again. I don't know what happened in the last two years but it has gone so downhill. EVERY SINGLE bridesmaid dress was ordered TOO BIG - the whole "dresses run smaller" is BULL CRAP! My entire parties dresses and tuxes were wrong (thankfully, my dress was good) - but when you spend THOUSANDS of dollars in one shop for every piece of formal wear for a wedding - you expect better service. When confronted about the dress sizes, I was told "oh the girls are overreacting, they aren't that big".... After speaking to others who had their bridesmaids dresses there - and hearing they had the same issue - We all FULLY BELIEVE it is a SCHEME to get more money by way of alterations!!!!!!!!



Not to mention, when measured for tuxes - we got told the pants were slim fit and even though she measured my father as a 38 waist (he wears a 32 waist pant) she ensured us that she was right in her measurements and the pants were slim fit. Let me tell you, he could've fit a PUMPKIN in his pants and when they ordered new ones, they were the SAME ONES - the girl did not order new pants. It was INFURIATING. When my brother tried his on that same girl was so rude when we said the tux wash;t right and said "whats wrong with THIS tux" like it was OUR FAULT SHE CANT MEASURE CORRECTLY! Incompetence!!!



DO NOT GO HERE for anything!!!!!!!! Unless you want to spend DOUBLE on bridesmaid dresses. This shop made something that should've been the easiest part SO DIFFICULT, stressful, and RUINED the experience for me!!!

DO NOT EVER GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!! I took my daughter here for her prom dress , nothing was right , they did not even finish alterations before they gave me the dress { even though they told me it was done and ready to pick up } . 4 hours before prom was to start I had to take the dress back and have them finish the alterations , my daughter put the dress on and the woman marked where it needed to be altered and it was the right places , but yet the alterations were still wrong , whoever altered her dress again did not do it right yet again and the dress was still to big , 1 1/2 hour before prom is when we found this out and my daughter could not wear the dress we paid almost 500.00 for , I called and told them I was returning the dress and I wanted my money back , The owner refused , then she hung the phone up on me . Young is the mosr rudest , ignorant , unprofessional bussiness person I have ever met .

I went to purchase a bridal gown and was taken care by a wonderful lady who treated me with love and made my experience unforgettable. If you are in the market to buy your gown and want the best experience look for the spanish lady at the store. Just her. everybody is nice but she's great. And don't get your alterations done there. My mom had her alts there 3 years ago and the owner ruined her dress and was rude too. I would have given this store a 5 just for my consultant but the owner ruined it.
