This was the very best shopping experience I've ever had. I had been referred to the shop from other friends and family & I'm so glad I went. The girls there are very fun & friendly we had an amazing time. I was very nervous before we got therebut was very pleasantly suprised to have the ladies put me at ease as soon as I walked in. They weren't pushy and let me look around without pushing their style on me. They were all very helpful once I started trying on as well. I went back a second time and everyone remembered me... it was amazing especially because the store is so huge and busy when I'm there. I have decided to order absolutely all my wedding attire there. (gown, flower girls, bridesmaids, tuxes and even my mom and mother in law) I would highly recommend Bridal Traditions to any bride and her wedding party! Thanks so much for all the help!

We had a very positive experience at Bridal traditions and to the person who was upset at asking budget!! I would have much rather had that than asking style and pulling dresses to find one that my daughter loved and then say "oh no honey, we just can't afford that"

well my experience was amazing and I have been there 7 times in the last 4 months, always very helpful and never pushy....not sure if the people writing some of these reviews have ever been to suburban bridal or davids bridal, but those places are by far the worst and bridal traditions raises the bar!! I would recommend Bridal Traditions!

My cousin recently visited Bridal Traditions. This was her very FIRST experience wedidng dress shopping. And a horrible one at that. Who ever opened the store this day (Wednesdays) was a.) late opening the store and b.) RUDE! The first thing this old gal asked my cousin was, "What is your budget" and it was asked very boldly. Being in the sales industry and dealing with customers every day......you dont start a relatoinship off by asking that. She didnt even ask which one was the bride or her style preference! What a way to start someones experience with one of the most important days of their life! Lets face it, we all have bad days, but in life, its best to put on a happy face at all times and try not to take your miserable day or life out on others. Shame on you Bridal Traditions. At least I know who to NOT go to when I go wedding dress shopping!

I would recommend Bridal Traditions to everyone! The employees were extremely polite, cheerful and helpful every time I went in. No appointments are needed and they always make sure and check on you while you're waiting. Their staff helped me find my perfect wedding dress and were so great to work with. It's the best bridal store in Omaha, hands down!!!

this is seriously thee best bridal shop in the omaha and lincoln area. all the ladies were upfront and honest!!! althought they are sometimes busy, the customer service is outstanding. my gown came in on time and so did my bridesmaids gowns. they also had the most pefrect accessories to go with my gown. im currently in the process of alterations. they were able to accomodate a seamstress to me even tho i have a crazy schedule.

My bridal party and i had to buy their dresss from bridal traditions because they were the only store we could find that had both designers in most of the styles that i had wanted. Allthough their selection is pretty good, i found that the staff was very snippy and not the most polite. You would think, that with us spending a good chunk of change there, that we would have had a little more compliance from them. there is only one woman there who has been professional and polite. So if you go there she has dark hair and is a real sweety, try to get in with her, and she might save the whole experience from going down the potty for ya.

I would never get my dress here. It was not a pleasant experience. I wont go into detail because I don't want to give them any more of my time.
