Dodge Chrysler Dealership is terriable Service Techs by Jeff - 06/29/2009I took my SUV into the dealership for an oil change and a tire rotation. I marked one of the tires to make sure they rotated the tires. When it was all done the tire I marked was not even moved. I showed the service advisor and she went and spoke with the service tech and he claimed he rotated the tires. I had to leave for an apointment and ended up bringing it back for the rotation. When it was done it looked to me that they took a rag and wiped off the brake dust off the rims and didn't even rotate the tires. So frustrating. Here I waisted over 2 hours of my day to get crappy service. I will never return to this dealership. I have a Toyota Avalon and had it serviced at the Brent Brown Toyota dealership and had a good experience.
