Not big fan of my experience with Brenner Flooring. They did not actually do the install, they had another company do the work. I would have been better off dealing direct with a company that did the work. And the results would/could have been better.

From beginning to end there was always impeccable professionalism and craftmanship. Brenner floors delivers on all of its promises - innovative planning, high quality materials, professional workmanship, and is always on schedule. I was ripping out all of the carpet in several rooms and Brenner floors matched my new wood floors perfectly to all existing floors. They are clean, neat, helpful with ideas and listen to all concerns.They went out of their way to match the woodwork in my living room that had been previously damaged. It was a pleasure to work with Craig and his entire team. I have already planned more projects with them.

Brenner Floors has done an excellent job on several homes for us including some beautiful inlay work. They installed both oak, cherry wood inlays and birch floors for us. Always on schedule, always stunning! Any tiny imperfection was always corrected and never questioned. Everyone is curtious, friendly and professional. Have referred them with total confidence. We had Craig stain and refinish the hardwood floors in our new home. They finished the job right on schedule. They look fantastic!

A new condo that I manage for lease had a valve malfunction in the refrigerator ice maker. (Thank God it was main floor over the parking garage!) To make a long and harrowing story short, prefinished wood laminate had to be removed from the kitchen, dining, and hallway, the area dried out and new floor put down . And all of this had to happen in a hurry. Brenner Floors had done the ancient floors in my old house, so I called them to see if they did this kind of work. They got it out, dry, matched and reinstalled in short order and for a good price. They shopped around to all of their sources to get a good value, then finished off a tricky matching and piecing back into place. The new floor is still going strong. Kudos!

I originally had some water damage on wood floors in the kitchen and asked Craig to repair by matching into the existing floor. The results were prefect. The following year, I had Brenner Flooring back to install wood flooring on entire main floor and finish the staicases. Again, I very pleased with the results and got to know rest of his crew. They finished the job within a few days and kept the house clean. This past December, sold my house and down sized into a townhouse. I knew I would miss those beautiful wood floors and how easy they are to clean. Before moving in, I had the carpet and lineolum removed and Brenner Floor Corp installed the job finished oak and ceramic tile with all the care they did the first jobs. They even helped move the furniture back into the house for me. I have recommended to three others and everyone has been pleased with the results.

Brenner Floors came in and tore out our tile/linoleum floors and installed beautiful wood flooring, all while we were on vacation! What a nice way to come back home! Craig has been in this business since he was a kid and we found him very knowledgeable about wood flooring of all types. I will definately be using them again for any future flooring projects. I had an especially challenging project with the original floors in my turn of the century Orono home. The maple floor in the living room and dining room was uneven from the original inconsistent settling and shrinkage of the floor framing. Craig and crew did a remarkable job of a very difficult task. We were able to keep the original flooring and it looks better than we could have hoped for. And the aging little old lady who had owned our home previously had kept pets in the back porch. Toward the end she was unable to care for them properly and the fir floors were terribly stained. Craig sanded and stained the fir to hide the remnants of the animal stains and applied a beautiful finish. We get compliments on the porch floor all the time. I should have had before and after photos!

Simply a joy to work with compared to the other sub-contractors, and the transformation of an old ugly floor into something that looks new was incredible.

A little bit more expensive, but superior quality make it well worthwhile!
