An outstanding local company that has provided multiple repairs and service to my evaporative cooler and home air conditioning system. Their service reps are pleasant and competent. If they are delayed by a preceding service call, they always called to let me know when to expect them. Their work and recommendations are excellent. I always know the charge beforehand. Even the front office phone dispatch staff are pleasant, professional and understanding on the phone. I have had a Breeze Ways' serviceman at my home at 9:30 p.m. to complete a job, even though he had been working since 6:30 a.m. That is dedication. I have recommended Breeze Ways to my family and friends because I think they are the best. Occasionally, under my home warranty contract, my cooling service has been assigned to a different company, which do not measure up by comparison to Breeze Ways' service. I even write complimentary letters about the employees to the company's CEO because I am so impressed. .
