Took daughter's 2 dresses to be altered for dance and graduation. Was promised 1 dress to be ready on Tues (day of dance)at 5, and the other on Wed at 5. I was there at 5:05. No dress. Truck hadnt made delivery yet. I waited. Still no truck. The mgr called the driver and he was a few stops away. Finally truck arrives at 6:30 with my dress not on it. Mgr then checked the computer and said the dress was set to be ready on Wed. All she kept saying was "I dont know what to tell you". NEVER apologized. Bought another dress and took daughter late to dance. She missed the dinner, had only an hour left to enjoy with friends. Went next day to pick up dresses, MGR not there. Young (teenage looking) guys working. The dress was at no cost but I was still charged full price for the other. Alterations were shotty at best. I called their corporate office to complain and was promised a call back from a supervisor. After 3 more calls to them I have yet to hear back. Very bad way to do business.
