If we could give 0 stars we would. We asked for professional help on putting our home on the market. We did not know what it would sell for, but we did know what we put into the home. They came out and said the would list for $549,900.00. We were excited and agreed to sign up. But then after 10 days it was suggested we drop $50k, then another $45k. All in less then 6 weeks... At this time I asked for a release from our agreement. No way, we are in a contract for 6 months they replied..Be as it may, I would suggest to anyone selling their home to do more research and completely understand they only care about getting paid. Their only interest is getting you to a closing table and collecting their check. They pump you up with high sales price and tell you how great your home is, only to persuade you to lower the price the whole time for a faster sale. Had we known this before we would never have signed anything with them....
