Brandy is extremely unprofessional. If you are dealing with a medical condition go somewhere else. She does not stand by her product and attacks her customers verbally if there is something wrong with the product . I purchased a piece from her and when I went to wash it it completely tangled. She commenced to accuse me of damaging it and would not do anything but steal my money!!!! I have been anxious ever since about washing my new piece.

If you were able to view the man's wig I am wearing now, you would understand why I rate Brandy's with 5 stars. People think it is my real Hair. Thanks Brandy

I have 6 wigs Brandy has made for me, plus s Buddy Holly wig for shows I do. All look real with most thinking they are my own hair. Brandy is Very Good!!!

I got Brandy's number from my friend Vicky, I had was here from out of town, from California and had to get ready for a foto shoot.I called Brandy and she answered, I told her that I had to get ready for a very important photo shoot the next day and Brandy was so nice to fit me in although she had a few appointments scheduled..........When I arrived, Brandy greated me warmly and I told her what look I would like, she immidiatly knew exactly what to do and got started........once done, I couldn't believe how good she made me look. I am going to give her a picture to display in her shop.I highly recommend Brandy, she is a specialist for wigs and stylings.Thank you Brandy,Greetings, Tiffany Europe

I went in on a Sat. Their were at least 4 clerks. One asked if she could help. I explained what I was looking for and she haphazerdly pulled a couple of wigs. They were not my color or the style I discribed. She then sent a young lady out. I again explained style and color. She also pulled wrong color and said try his on, if I liked it they would have to order right color.They all sat in the studio discussing the bosses trip to China and how upset they were she did not bring them a purse. Because of hair loss I am forced to wear wigs,and am a very good customer and return several times a year.The shop was also cluttered and dirty.
