Both Mr & Mrs. Congress (Brad & Colby) made me feel like not only a well respected member of their community-also, an admired shopping guest! It was like it's supposed to feel when you spend your hard earned money and come away with a wonderful gift & they both enjoyed the process of making me feel that way!To the store staff I spoke with also, thanks for making such a positive impression. (I believe that extends to the Princess family member I encountered as well :)You may remember shortly before/after?? Christmas, I came looking for a WWJD charm for my friend. We looked at many catalogs for what we had all thought might be in them. I believe Bradley came up with the actual catalog with the gold charm I picked & it was rushed over in a short time & gift wrapped so beautifully. I am here today to pick a gold chain for that charm and order duplicates (and got in middle of opinion thing!) Will contact you by phone Tuesday 6/1 (for pick up that day if poss.) I think you guys rock!

Worst retail experience I have ever had. "Bradley" is a con artist salesman that cares only about making the sale. He comes across as genuine and represents that he stands behind his product...of course that is until you desire to exchange something that was falsely represented. Liar, Liar, Liar. I can't imagine why or how he is still in business.
