They found the problem, and fixed it in a timely matter. After several weeks of having other companies that could not fix our problem. Thank you very much

felt strong armed to buy

Felt strong armed to pay all monies upfront and within the hour. I had to order right away within the hour because of some deadline Brad said. This did not permit me to compare with other companies. I am glad I did not give into the pressures I felt by Brad. Although the door needed to be replaced quickly I am more confident with another company I used and the $470 difference in the price I paid.

We are sorry you felt pressured by our company in any way. We order our products every two weeks on Mondays for our customers. We are a small company and do not carry the windows and doors in our stock. Brad was basically letting you know if you wanted the door that week we would have to have the money up front to purchase the door for you. We encourage our customers to comparison shop and appreciate any feed back on pricing as a means to stay competitive. Again, we apologize if you felt pressured because this was not Brad's intention.
