Brad has maintained an active license as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Colorado since 1980. Is a member in good standing with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, and is enrolled in the AICPA Quality Review program. Served on the Boards of several non-profit organizations and has been active in community service organizations and the local Chamber of Commerce.


Education

Earned a baccalaureate (BS) degree with honors in accounting from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY, in 1976. Earned certificate and license as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Colorado in 1980. Achieved certifications as a business valuation analyst from the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts in 1999, and as a Certified Financial Planner in 2005. Consistently obtains over 50 hours of continuing professional education annually, and maintains an in-depth knowledge of tax laws, accounting systems, valuation techniques, and financial planning principles.


Personal
