Very dissatisfied.... We too purchased 2 Junior has a Fit packages and the staff was terrible. The women at the front desk rolled their eyes at us when we asked where we were to go. Then the kids upstairs where nice but clueless. We purchased 2 sets of skis and only recieved 1 set of coupons for 50% off lessons, 20% off helmets and other discounts. When they were asked why, they said that they service hundreds of children on the program and didn't have enough coupons to give more than 1 per family. This makes absolutely no sense. Both children have legs and will be skiing. They took our money for both and yet both don't get the same benefits. If they have enough skis for hundreds of children then they should have enough coupons for each of the children as well. They should also train their employees not to be rude to paying customers. We should've been smart enough to walk out and take our money elsewhere.
