You can rest assured knowing that any system you purchase or rent (or have maintained, serviced, sanitized or repaired) will be installed and serviced by our very own trained employees. Some of our technicians have been with our company for over 20 years (Tom Sisson - 20 years, Troy Phillips - 19 years).
It is very important to provide proper maintenance to your reverse osmosis and soft water system. The cities are adding more chlorine to the water. Chlorine has been proven to cause cancer. All of our water equipment will remove the chlorine. However, this means that the equipment must perform more extensive work to keep the water purified. All of our water softeners, soft water units, whole house water filters and whole house water conditioners will remove all the calcium and magnesium (which causes hard water) and they will also remove all the chlorine. No more hard water and no more cancer. This equipment needs the proper maintenance to provide quality water.
Many of our clients are renting the water softeners and reverse osmosis units. There is no contract. You may cancel at any time. It is our responsibility to provide you A+ water the entire year. If you ever have any problems with the equipment - there is never any charges for service calls. However, don't expect any problems because we provide you the finest equipment - backed by the expertise of our Grade A service technicians and customer service representatives.

They ripped my off, don't do business with this company by Gary - 10/11/2009This has to be the worst run company I have ever dealt with. 500.00 to repair Water Softener that cost brand new 410.00, repair was in 2004 and it is on the blink again. I wil not bother to have them even look at it again. You can only get to me once. Would not honor warranty on one year old softener because I was not the "Original" buyer. I bought a one year old house with the unit already installed. When they repaired the unit in 2004, they blamed the cause on "No Pressure Reduced on the water line, duh...they are the ones that installed it.
