The only disappointment on my wedding day was the dress that I purchased from Bowties Tux & Bridal. I was impressed with the initial transaction and the staff was attentive. After the payment is made.. the service ends. When steaming my dress a few hours before the wedding, , the word "Sample" was found embroided into the chiffon. I was fearful of removing it myself and contacted the store for assistance and was told that 90% of their dresses on the rack have this marking and it was unfortunate that I hadn't noticed it. Don't buy from the rack unless you can hem the dress shorter than the marking. Customer service is becoming a lost art... I would have been so pleased if they had offered to remove the marking. This is the most expensive dress in my closet and I feel wronged.
