Bad Billing Practices by x - 08/03/2009I agree their billing practices need work, it took them 3 years to send me my money back for an office visit. I should not have had a copay, but they made me pay one anyway. There is also other billing problems that still need fixed. Also their wait time was really long.
Great Dentist, Horrible Billing by A Customer *** - 02/19/2009Both doctors at the office are great!
However we will not go back there ever again because their billing is terrible. Their policy is to charge for all the services up front, before they send any claims to the insurance. Both times we went there we were overcharged. The first time it took multiple calls and several months to get our full refund back and we are still trying to get our refund from the second time we were there and it+s been several months.
Their billing person does not call back as promised and does not accept responsibility for any mistakes. And not even once did she apologize for this whole mess.
