Don't buy your parts here ever by Alex - 01/09/2010I purchased a headlight assembly because I needed one right away. I should have contacted AutoZone instead. It was cheaper at AutoZone and they have a fair return policy not like this dealership. This dealership will charge you a 20% of the price you paid to return it. IT DOES NOT matter if you opened or left the package closed. They will charge you for it. They never let you know of this with a sign or telling you this. Just on the invoice they hand to you. With the invoice you walk down to the cashier to make your purchase. She does not even tell you about it either and no signs.I just wanted to give a heads up to any future shoppers at the Parts Department at this dealership. If you need a part right away by all means go to this dealership but heed my warning. If not go somewhere else your wallet will thank you for it. On top of this the Parts Manager is a real jerk and not very professional. He says "I'm being more than fair because we don't ever take back electrical parts".
Buy A Car by ichummers - 10/05/2007I had a very good experience when buying my car. They take good care of me when I go in for any mainenance on my new also. I will do business with them again.
