In 1996 the determined dreams of Vi and her late husband Merle Steinman led to the creation of the remarkable seniors community known as Boulevard Park Place Retirement Community. The idea was envisaged when Merle's parents were searching for a place where they could live independently and not have to worry about chores like yard work and home maintenance. As an example, one of the big differences from other senior communities is that our residents enjoy cooking their own meals in their own kitchens. As you tour the 10 acre campus, the family's pride in ownership is quite evident. The facility consists of three residential buildings with top quality, well appointed living spaces, large common areas, multiple activity, craft rooms, wood shops, beauty/barber shop, libraries, sauna and indoor pool and spa. Residents enjoy peace and serenity while ambling through the gardens and fish ponds.
