I had a horribe experience at the emergency room at the Boulder Community Hospital on Broadway and Balsam. The only employee that was nice to me was the nurse that ran the front desk. Every other employee was unfriendly and had a permanent scowl on their face. I waited 4 hours in the room they put me in just for the doctor to come in and see me. Then he proceeded to perform tests on me for my cronic pain that I was experiencing in my left side. I had just visited the Boulder Medical Center on Arapahoe two months earlier and brought my paper work with me to show the doctor. He was not interested in seeing it and insisted on performing the same tests (EKG, chest x-ray, blood work) that I had just had at the hospital two months earlier. I asked him if there were different tests he could perform because the previous tests that I had done showed that nothing was wrong. I told him I thought it had to do with gastrointestinal problems, but he never performed any tests to see if that w
If seeing a Doctor HAS to happen, I'd rather be at Boulder Medical! by
The staff was friendly and prompt in taking care of my needs. They seem to be really concerned about the care they give to their patients. It was nice to have everything in one facility instead of driving all over Boulder County!
