Well instead of getting a Can-Am 650 from Bott for $9600 with no plow, I ended up getting a Polaris Touring 850 EPS with a winch, plow, and hand warmers for $9,000. So $600 cheaper, plus I got more equipment and an engine that is 200 cc bigger! The Polaris is a much better ride. The service I got from Action was much better than I got from Bott. I will gladly send my friends to Action and I will be buying my next toy there. Sorry Bott, you really screwed up!

Thanks for the input everyone, I only saw this today, but was looking there and a few other places around town. I think I might get my Yamaha from a dealer in Utah. A little more competition down there should mean lower prices and better service! Thanks again!

Yep, don't bother, their prices are ridiculously high.

I was not happy with their service or price, which was above MSRP.

Bott has the worst reputation in Eastern Idaho. You should look at Star Valley Ski Doo, Action Motor Sports, and Rexburg Motor Sports.

M, you don't understand contract law, so let me explain. In order for a contract to be valid, there has to be "consideration." That does not happen until the vehicle is paid for, and the customer walks out the door with the goods. There is no law whatsoever that says "if you sign a contract, you should buy it." Can I ask you a question, M? Did I make you cry when I did not go through with the purchase? I hope I did! You can stop pretending to be a "happy customer." I know who you are.

Woah, defensive! "M," It's quite obvious that you represent Bott Yamaha. I was expecting you to eventually respond. Predictable! Would you like to know how I know that you are from Bott? You worded it as "here" (meaning Bott Yamaha), if you didn't work there, you would have referred to it as "there." (Think about it). LOL You even blame your customers! That's the way! For anybody looking at buying a BRP product, I highly recommend checking out Star Valley SkiDoo. They provided me much better service, their prices were not above MSRP too!Oh, and "M," a little spelling lesson for you. "Excellent" and "Irresponsibility."

I've purchased 2 cruisers here and had all the services done here. Excellant service at a fair price every time. I'm surprised at the last poor review. If you sign a contract saying you're going to pay for something you should pay for it, don't get mad at the salesman for your irresponsibily. Considering it is a small town, I'd hope they wouldn't sell to you if you tried to go back, you obviously aren't very trustworthy. The 2nd bike I bought here cost $15,000 and they let me drive it home before my bank even sent the check.

well I went to buy an ATV and signed the paperwork. It came up that I had to put the purchase on hold, I let them know within 1 business hour! The salesman made a big fuss about how much work they already did, and how they shouldn't give me back my deposit. They only refunded me my deposit when I told them legally they had to, it will probably be only a couple to a month till we purchase one. It makes me angry, the more I think about it, what rude a#$holes! Guess I will be buying from another dealer! If they could have exercised a little patience and understanding, it would have made all the difference. I'm surprised in this small town, and this economy, businesses act this way.

I was actually headed to another dealership in the same area that gave me a quote over the phone when I happened to see a sign for Bott Yamaha. I stopped in at Bott Yamaha and they blew the other dealerships price out of the water. I am forever a Bott Yamaha customer.
