bonnies floral sucks by find some where else - 05/19/2009Bonnies floral is a terrible business and thier customer service is even worse.I ordered some flowers for my 70 year old Mother. My Mother called me and told me Bonnie was rude to her and canceled our order. This upset my mother very much. I tried to call Bonnies Floral for several days and did not get an answer. When I did get in contact with them Bonnie was very rude to me. I asked what was going on down there and she called me an a-hole(only the real word) and hung up on me. I am still waiting for my credit card to be credited.
Disappointing by Unhappy Camper - 05/14/2009My son ordered flowers from Bonnies for Mothers Day. I was out of town on Sat. received a call on my cell phone asking when I would be home. I said midafternoon on Sun. I should call when I get home. When I got home there were 2 calls on my phone ranting and raving. I immediatly called back, talked to a man, gave him my information. Bonnie had stated she wanted to be out of there by 1:00. At 1:45 I called again to see if my flowers would be delivered that day. She againn ranted and raved about working her long hrs. I said I didn't see how that was my fault. She cancelled my order. My son called her to see about his refund. She told him I yelled at her and called him a name and hung up.
great service by ken - 05/06/2009I have been using Bonnie's for several years. Being in Conn, I need someone I can trust because I send flowers to my Mom several times a year. Bonnie ALWAYS goes the extra mile for me. I wish we had someone this good locally. Ken Thomas
Ruined Mom's Birthday by kfm - 05/23/2008I called from out of state, I told them I wanted to spend $100 on a large arrangment with vase to have delivered the next day.They called my mom the next morning and when she wasn't home she got a message she would not get her flowers until the next day.When my mom called and gave me the news I called and asked them to make a 2nd attempt.It was still hours before they closed.I was rudely told that they are not in a state like mine and they are too busy.I called at 11am the next day and the flowers still weren't delivered.My mom (in the same town as them) called them and they got rude with her on the phone to the point she was so offended she cancelled the order.They told me I need to understand, they are too busy to service everyone because they work in such a large town.They should have told me that before I spent the $100! Now I have to wait 7-10 business days before I can have my money back.I am warning you not to leave your or your loved ones special days in this business's hands!
