Boise River Fence installed our back yard fence about 5 years ago. They did a fantastic job and it looked great. I give 2 stars for follow up and customer service for the following reason.....We installed a pool over the summer 2014. I have called BRF over 2 months ago to fix our fence where we had to remove it for the pool install. They kept telling me they'd fix it. Never saw anyone come out to our house, never heard back from them after multiple calls to their offices.Today called to see what's up. They said they are too busy to take care of a good customer, one that had them install a fence enclosing over a 1/3 of an acre. They told us to call someone else. Poor, poor, poor customer service. Why would I ever want to use them again knowing they will install but not repair? I encourage anyone thinking of using BRF to reconsider based on my experience and go with another company, one that cares about their customers.

Recieved 5 quotes for my work and Boise River Fence was squarely in the middle price wise. They did an excellent job laying out the job, and the workers were quick, professional and did an amazing job. I'd hire them again in a minute.
