Body heat is amazing!!! I've been going for about a year and it's the best workout I've had in years. They provide hot yoga, boot camp, Pilates and kickboxing. Definitely check it out!

One of my most fave heated yoga places in the area. Awesome instructors- especially Joey. And total bonus they give frozen lavender towels at the end of every class

Hot yoga is actually a really great workout. It's not just stretching. They teach breathing and relaxation. The heat helps release toxins.

One of my favorite places on earth!! I love all the classes that they have to offer. Do not be intimidated if you are new to yoga or are rusty ;) The instructors will work with any fitness level and often modify their class to meet the needs of all levels. Check out the front for cute clothes and yoga accessories!

This yoga studio is warm and welcoming with a wonderful variety of wonderful classes and instructors with extremely clean and enjoying amenities! Would recommend this place to anyone!

I joined this studio to help with my recovery from a back injury. From candlelight yoga to boot camp they have a good variety of heated classes. It's a very clean and serene place to work up a sweat.

Love this studio. All the staff and instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. There is a variety of classes to choose from whether you want yoga type classes or boot camp and sculpting classes. Studio is always clean and the bath rooms are spa like.
