We will write out a list of realistic goals for you to accomplish and I will look at your entire diet to make immediate simple changes that will make a vast improvement on your metabolism and energy level. First off, I never follow fad diets. I believe in simple nutrition that can be followed with relative ease for a lifetime.
My training style is based on the wide variety of training I have performed throughout the years. We will cover:
Resistance training, including but not limited to, body-weight exercises, resistance bands, and weight lifting
Low impact training: Pilates, yoga, light calisthenics, balance training
Martial arts with a strong influence on Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing, and self-defense
You will improve in all areas of physical performance: flexibility, balance, strength, endurance, and agility. You will also notice improvements in your energy level, quality of sleep, stress reduction, and confidence. I use positive reinforcement and avoid negative reinforcement, so there is no fear about getting yelled at by me. I want to be a part of your life that is always trying to help make life easier by making you as healthy as possible.
There are two main reasons people stop seeing results even though they are working out and eating well. One reason is the plateau effect. The plateau effect happens when a person consistently repeating the pattern of motion which results in pattern overload, an often muscular imbalances. A constant change in your workout program will eliminate this problem.
The second main reason for a lack of results is many people are simply not performing a complete fitness program aimed at his or her personal goals. A common trend I see is people performing cardio and not performing enough resistance training or vice versa. Finding that balance for your body is the key to your success.
I will not just put you through an hour workout and send you on your way. You will know what to do when you are not with me. You will learn the habits that will lead to a healthy life, both nutritionally and physically. Whether you have been a gym rat for years and years and need something new and more advanced or if you have no previous knowledge of fitness and nutrition, I will help you achieve your goals.
