Bobby Bear Fun and Fitness is a mobile wellness unit that has created a children's fitness and nutrition curriculum located in the south suburbs of Chicago. We provide service within the greater Chicagoland area including Northwest Indiana. Our main goal is providing a curriculum that exercises children vigorously and includes nutrition education. Our focus is to change the staggering numbers of diabetic and obese children by inspiring these children to have healthy habits. We also will continue to develop these habits to produce a long and healthy life. Our professional team includes doctors, registered nurses, dietitians, university professors and our very own certified class instructors. Each week we provide a different curriculum and work on cardiovascular endurance, strength, balance, power, coordination, flexibility, agility and movement awareness coupled with nutrition education to ensure our children are becoming healthy and staying healthy. This curriculum is designed to inspire the whole family and keep the children and families involved in healthy lifestyles. We currently travel to the child care facilities, public schools, private schools, park districts, sports facilities and other exercise facilities in the community.
