Ordered an arrangement for my sister via her website and received confirmation via email on Friday. My sister never received them. The website listed the business as closed after 4pm on Saturday (which is when I found out my sister never received her flowers) and on Sunday. Called on Monday to hear a message saying that the business would be closed until the 18th (a Tuesday) and has been closed since the 14th (the Friday that I ordered the flowers). I find the fact that her website was not updated and that she has an automated email system to confirm that she is sending flowers that she is not actually sending to be poor business practice and it left me feeling frustrated that the idea I had to cheer up my grieving sister was ruined on top of being embarrassed when I inquired about flowers that were never delivered.
