Bob's Towing is Unreliable by paulo - 10/23/2009This service is unreliable as to being there when they say they will. I made an appointment to meet them at my undrivable vehicle at 10:30 AM. I called at 10:50 and was told they would be there in 15 minutes. I called again at 11:20 and received an apology (big deal) and was told they would be there momentarily. They did show up at 11:25. The driver was courteous and apologetic; of course, this wasn't his fault. They did take ten dollars off a $122 tow, which hardly makes up for wasting an hour of my time.
