car repairs gone very wrong by Former investigator - 08/03/2009I had my vehicle worked on after being towed to Bob's Towing. The mechanic said it needed an ignition switch which didnt make sense. I ended up paying them nearly 400 dollars and when I went in to ask for the old switch, after they "just" got done with it they said ,"we threw it away".I checked with another mechanic in town that I frequently use and he said it didnt need a switch which added over 100 dollars to the cost.Then after they repaired it there were two more problems created by them that wasnt there before. After they took the steering column apart the turn signal switch didnt work and there was a rough noise when I turn the steering wheel.I highly recommend that no one would take a vehicle to that shop. I checked around with some other business's in town and they said as well that that place is known for this kind of activity.
